This isn't really a lip plumper so much as a base for making your lipstick truer to the color in the tube. If you use a light coat, it helps to make even light shades appear truer to color on your lips.

Its basically a foundation for your lips. It doesn't do anything overwhelming. You feel a little tingle but not like other brands but I do like that it works sort of like a base.
