It does seem to give your nails a little boost if you're trying to grow them out, but I wouldn't expect miracles. What it DOES do is keep your nails smooth and shiny. It even keeps the tips whiter I think. I don't know if it makes them long but it the perfect prep for a great manicure. Worth...
