The Bare Escentuals Mineral Veil gives you light coverage. If you are looking to cover skin discolorations or minor acne scars this may not be the product you are looking for. I found that I needed to use a base first then dusted with the "veil". I believe it is good as a light powder.

I absolutely love Mineral Veil and don't know what I would do without it. I have a naturally oily forehead and this seems to be the only makeup that helps keep a "matte" appearance for hours at a time. I also love how it sets the rest of my makeup.

I think this is one great product. Its light and doesn't clog my pores unlike other powders. I love bare escentual products too.
