Love, love, love Bare Minerals. I've been using it for years and no matter what new product I try I always come back to it. The key is learning proper application so it doesn't get cakey!

Bare Escentuals Foundation is definitely not made for women over 40. Its way too dry and shows way too many wrinkles. Your supposed to use their moisturizer, but its not near rich enough. My daughter uses this foundation and it looks great on her, but on my skin (I'm 52) its terrible!

As an adult I have begun to break out especially on my cheeks, probably from too much cellphone use. I find that if I leave my bare minerals foundation and powders on overnight, the condition of my skin improves overnight. This is great for those nights, when i am too tired to wash up before...

I love how this looks on my skin, and I love how my skin is in much better condition since I've been using it (about a year). If I could find a way to make it look more matte, I would never buy a different foundation for the rest of my life.
