THe strips are a bit awkward and often slip off. Irritating.

for the first time i tried the premium, versus the middle class ones. my gums burned and turned white from the peroxide (went away in a few hours). i didnt like that you had to keep the strips on for so long. very effective though. not for people with sensitive teeth or gums!

I use these probably once a year and definately can see a difference in the color of my teeth. Other people notice as well. Highly recommended
