I have always used the MAC eye shadow as my eye liner when I want a softer look. I love the dark grey and the dark green for this use. Stays on all day and into the evening. So worth the price.

I use carbon over Mac Blacktrack Fluidline and it creates the perfect smokey eye. Same goes for my mom. The only downside is the fallout, but you get that with everything.

I feel like a kid in the candy store when I see MAC's eye shadows. Beautiful colors and long lasting. You'll find your favorite shadow at MAC for sure.
