This product is great for people who want to learn how to use liquid eyeliner, but don't have a steady hand. I've tried out the cheaper liquid eyeliners, but this is by far the best. The applicator fits perfectly in your hand and its more of a foam tip, rather then a brush which can leave lines...

This is great stuff, I'm a huge eyeliner person but usually I use my pencil during the week. This stuff is for paintin the town red! Looks great in pictures and has great staying power. On bold nights I use the tip but when I don't want something too thick then I use a liquid liner brush....

This eyeliner is very easy to apply, can be made as dramatic as you want, comes in a variety of shades, and lasts a long time! The only downside is the price, but this product's longevity is worth the price! This product will not irritate a sensitive eye either.
