I only use this once and only at night, because it is drying. My skin is dry so the gel causes my pimple to flake. I do think it's effective, and takes less than a week for the pimple to diminish. It would be a good product if it wasn't so drying.

everytime i get that stubborn little pimple this always comes to the rescue! i put it on the nasty little bump and poof! by morning the redness and size of it is drasticly reduced. this is definately one of the best spot treatments out there ,and you cant go wrong with the price.
