First time using this product.. I used a DARK Auburn it is ORANGE on top of my head..nothing at all like the picture..... My hair feels dried out and my husband told me my hair looked dry... UGH!!!!

This is a great product. I have tried several different shades and I love them all. It is not harsh or damaging to my hair and it feels silky soft afterward. I have seen a few grays coming out in the last year and L'Oreal Excellence Creme covers them no problem. The price is great too!
