I've definitely had better liners. But this wasn't bad. I bought it because I have hazel eyes and it was the black pearl shade, I think it did help my eyes pop. And it's easy to apply. But it comes off easily & I don't think it's waterproof.

It's not bad for the price. I don't like how it applies after time. I know they can't last forever but I feel like the tip wears out so quickly.
