Here's a reason for doing a digital detox: As mentioned earlier, squinting also causes wrinkles in your eye area. And yeah, we often find ourselves squinting at our phone/laptop screens. Another no-no? The blue light they emit may also damage your skin and eyes.

Oh and, looking down on your phones for a long period cause wrinkles on your neck too! (Have you ever heard the term "tech neck?")
