Rihanna may be known to serve up the drama, but she can also play it low-key in the Chanel front row. Here, she used a tiny hint of white eyeliner on her inner lower corner to brighten up her eyes, and keep her looking sweet as apple pie.

During Fashion Week, Nanette Lepore took white eyeliner to the next level, with a gorgeous double wing. If you look closely, you'll also see that the liner extends across the bottom waterline, and all the way up around the inner corner, and it really makes the eyes look bigger.

Here's another white eyeliner look that goes all the way around the eye -- though to drastically different effect. With thick lines of matte white liner, layers upon layers of mascara and falsies, bright tangerine gloss, and bouffant game for days, this look is about as striking as they come.

A bold, winged flick of matte white eyeliner is already quite a statement, but then when paired with silver lipstick? Well, it's something of a home run. Nyong'o's makeup artist Nick Barose explained to People Magazine,, "Using white liner against dark adds simple drama, so you won't have to do much else... It's like an updated version of the '60s look."
