Their status on this list is likely due at least in part to the epic sales and promotions they hold throughout the year (Ulta 21 Days of Beauty, anyone?), but their in-house brand stands up as well. Their beauty and skin care game is considerable -- and in particular, the Ulta Rainbow Highlighter, $10, is a lot of fun.
