How to Do a Full Face With Too Faced's New Peach Collection

This makeup tutorial is just peachy
I heard a lot about this foundation being way too matte, but I was absolutely thrilled with it. I applied this foundation with a damp Beauty Blender and pounced it onto my skin. At first application, I was very happy with the coverage, but in some areas (read: the giant pimple on my forehead that conveniently just popped up this morning) I did have to go in with a second layer. It was about 10 a.m. when I first applied it and -- no joke -- it was at least five hours later before I even thought about blotting. Normally, after about two hours I'm a full-on grease pit, so it's safe to say I was into this formula. Even considering how matte it was, I never felt like I was too flat or made-up. In this photo, you can see that I only applied the foundation on half off my face to show the difference in coverage.

After finishing the foundation, I topped it off with the Peach Blur Finishing Powder. If I'm being honest, at first glance I didn't have faith that this powder was going to do anything for me, but I was pleasantly surprised once I applied it with my fluffy brush. I dusted it lightly all around my face. The finish I was left with was absolutely beautiful. It didn't completely mattify my skin, but left it with an almost angelic finish.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get my hands on the bronzer, so I had to improvise with a darker blush than I'd normally apply. I'm actually happy that I did, because I was elated with the outcome. I used the Peach My Cheeks Blush in the warmest brown shade they had, Spiced Peach, and applied it with the same trusty Beauty Blender. I dabbed my sponge into the product and then worked it into the shape of a number three on the outsides of my face, making sure to blend away any lines of demarcation. This shade gave me the perfect amount of bronze glow, and, because it is a cream product, I didn't lose any of the glow I had from the foundation and finishing powder.

For years, I was never a blush person -- until I found the right shade. Once I knew that warm, peachy tones worked well with my skin tone, I was hooked. It's safe to say I was pretty excited when I saw how many beautiful warm tones were released in this collection. I ended up choosing Pinch My Peach, a light to medium peach tone. Again, I spun my Beauty Blender into the cream blush, patted it onto the apples of my cheeks, and blended it into the darker blush I had applied before. I was left with a flawless rosy glow on my cheeks that I absolutely loved.

The second I saw this palette on Too Faced's Instagram account, I wiped the drool from my mouth and started to count down the minutes until it was released. This is my ideal eyeshadow palette, as I'm not much of a shimmer gal and clearly I'm mildly obsessed with warm peach tones. This was actually my first time using this palette, so I just dug into what felt right. I swiped a fluffy crease brush into Just Peachy, the medium tone, and did windshield wiper motions in my crease, blending until there was no obvious line of where the eyeshadow started and ended.
