Undone Ballerina
To create the carefree, lived-in style at Richard Chai, Unite Editorial Director Kevin Ryan used a combination of Unite Tricky Spray and Expanda Dust. He then created an intricate bun/ponytail hybrid that required forceps and (we're guessing) a lot of patience.

We're personally just looking forward to being able to wear our gym headband to work and calling it "runway-inspired."

Top Notch
To create the killer topknot at Monique Lhuillier, Stephen Churchill Downes for Moroccanoil pulled models' hair into a tight ponytail, misted it with hairspray and then wrapped it around to form a loose, piece-y bun.

Bun's the Word
Sid Hayes for L'Oréal Professional drew inspiration from the early '90s for the undone, deconstructed bun at Wes Gordon. He used the new Techni.Art Volume Envy Extra Mousse (out in May) to add fullness.

Accessory Update
Bumble and Bumble stylist Allen Wood added a touch of drama to a basic low ponytail by adding a custom-designed leather cord that mimicked the belts the models wore at Tanya Taylor. Wood used Bumble and Bumble Does It All Styling Spray on the finished style to smooth flyaways.

Air Dried
To give hair a sexy, clean look, Redken Global Styling Director Guido let models' hair dry naturally, and then used Redken Move Ability 05 to add definition.

The runways at New York Fashion Week Fall 2015 were chock full of hairstyle inspiration for everyone -- whether you're high-maintenance or laid-back when it comes to styling your hair. From big, sexy bouffants to understated waves to braids, see the best hairstyles from NYFW.
