At TotalBeauty.com, we love fashion, but winter attire and outerwear aren't our faves. Bulky winter coats, hats that mess with our hair and scratchy woolen gloves just don't scream "sexy." That being said, this year's fall/winter 2014 shows at New York Fashion Week made us think about outerwear in a whole new light. Luxurious (and dare we say sexy) leather gloves complemented the looks at Carven, Missoni and more. Here, eight pairs that changed our mind (and lightened our pocketbooks).

Lifestyle blogger Krista Robertson of Covering the Bases adds a flash of color to her fall ensemble with a pair of red Kate Spade New York leather gloves. (We love this two-tone pair, too.)

Soft pastels look ultra-modern paired with deeper hues of the same color. These scrunched-up leather gloves at the Rochas fall 2014 show are the highlight of this look.
