To start, coat all 10 nails with Essie Prime & Pop. This two-in-one primer and white base coat increases color vibrancy, ensuring your neon nails really catch the attention of onlookers.

Use Essie Nail Polish in Stencil Me In on the left side of the nail to create a "V" at the cuticle. Paint only half of the nail.

Apply Essie Nail Polish in In It To Wyn It to the right side of the nail -- following the same pattern as the opposite side for a clean, symmetrical look.
