To turn any of your favorite lipstick shades matte, lightly place a sheet of blotting paper -- or even a tissue in a pinch -- over made-up lips, and use a powder brush to generously dust finishing powder over the sheet. Carefully remove, and voila! Your signature lip color made matte.
