These beauty bargains prove that sometimes, less really is more

I'm always on the hunt for drugstore products that work just as well as their prestige counterparts. Because -- to be totally honest -- glamorous logos and gold lacquered lipstick tubes may be part of my job, but they're not in my budget.

Whether you're saving up for a much-needed vacation or a splurge-worthy Birkin, when it comes to your makeup shopping, it never hurts to have more options -- or lipsticks, you can never have enough lipstick. To help gear you up for the warmer weather and still leave you some cash for those floral print maxi skirts, here are our favorite new products, all of which are under $15.

I get so pale in the winter, even Edward Cullen looks like he just got back from a tropical vacation by comparison. That's where this BB Cream from Physicians Formula comes in. At first glance, the light to medium shade looked like it would be, oh, eight shades too dark for me. But after smoothing a tiny bit over my skin, I was left with a glow that made my skin look healthy and alive. Plus, the coverage is sheer so the bronzed effect looks incredibly natural.

When celebs dive into the beauty world, we get nervous. (I mean, have you seen Snooki's line?) But Drew Barrymore's Flower never disappoints, and she's got a homerun on her hands with this double-sided eye pen. One side is a chubby liquid liner marker that's perfect for creating a dramatic cat eye, while the other side houses a compact mascara wand to complete the look. Genius!

This cream blush blends right into the cheeks, and it can double as a lip tint in a pinch. Oh, and supermodel Georgia May Jagger is a fan -- if you care about that kind of thing . They also happen to cost less than your grande caramel macchiato -- and you don't even have to worry about calories!

Metallic shimmer is a huge trend for spring, and these creamy shadows contain light reflecting pigments for just the right amount of glimmer. You'll want to wear these pastel shades right into summer.
