He swapped gold medals and rugged good looks for diamond earrings and a doll face.

Burt Reynolds
Eye see you, Burt!

Reynolds has admitted to eye surgery, but denies a face-lift ... even though his forehead looks awfully smooth.

Gene Simmons
We don't know what's scarier: the demon face paint or scowling face-lift. The truth? He does look slightly more youthful in the after shot.

Kenny Rogers
Goodbye twinkle eyes, hello permanent surprise.

Michael Jackson
No comment necessary. RIP, King of Pop.

When I'm flipping through People's Sexiest Man Alive edition, I always wonder, 'Why can't I find a man who looks like this in the real world?' The answer: Many of them have had work done. And I can't really blame them -- it's their job to look good on the silver screen. Plenty of aging stars have admitted to getting plastic surgery (it seems as acceptable and expected as a second or third wife). But one look at some of these before/after pics and it's clear that not all male plastic surgery is a success.

We also hear a lot of rumors about the younger generation of stars getting nipped and tucked. Guys like Ryan Gosling and Robert Pattinson may or may not have had work done, but it's almost impossible to deny when you see them from a certain angle.

Take a look at these celebrity plastic surgery pics -- some are pure speculation, some are clearly botched (or maybe just a bit ambitious), and others are celebrity plastic surgery "wins" ... and by win, we mean they can still make facial expressions.
