Take a Walk on the Wild Side
Revlon ColorStay 16 Hour Eye Shadow in Wild, $7.49, gets a colorful update for the Rio Rush collecton in rich teal green, burnt sienna, pearly white and taupe. For a tropical eye shadow look apply taupe all over your lid, followed by orange in the crease and teal in the outer corner. The pearly white shadow acts as a highlighter when dusted across your brow bone.

Flair for the Exotic
Matte yellow and purple shadows in the Exotic palette add an unexpected twist of color to a plain ol' smoky eye. To make these bright hues really pop layer over a white eyeshadow or white-based eye primer.

Rio Blue
Revlon ColorStay Creme Gel Eye Liner, $9.99, in midnight blue is sultry flicked up at the outer corners of your eyes. Bonus: There's no need to hunt around for a makeup brush. There's a tiny eyeliner brush hidden in the handle of the product.

Brazilian Tan
If you're still hunting for the perfect nude lipstick (an even more arduous task than finding the perfect pair of nude heels), look no further. This shade of Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick, $8.99, has just enough warm undertone that there's no fear of looking like the color's been drained from your lips.

Carnival Spirit
If I ever got the chance to go to Brazil I'd want to be wearing this orange lipstick and the most elaborate Carnival headdress I could find. But I'll settle for just the lipstick right now.

This summer all eyes will be on Brazil for the 2014 World Cup, so perhaps that's where the spark of inspiration came from for Revlon's summer 2014 makeup collection. The collection, entitled Rio Rush, draws on the vibrant, tropical colors of Brazil and will have you instantly dreaming of Carnival, shirtless soccer players and drinks on the beach. This limited edition makeup collection was designed by renowned makeup artist Gucci Westman, Revlon's global artistic director. A peek at her inspiration board for the collection revealed lots of bronzed beach babes and words like "provocative," "energy" and "texture." But personally, Revlon, you had me at Brazil.
