Try this: Clip in Sultra Hair Palette Color Clip-In Hair Extensions, $9, which come in bright and pastel shades (try them in Lapis Blue for the look at Hervé Léger).
Who it works on: The reason these clip-ins are so fun is because they can be used on any hair color and they work in a snap. Clip them into your ponytail, or if you're having a hard time getting the color sprays or chalks to show up on dark brown and black hair, clip these underneath your hair for the dip-dye effect -- you can even heat style them.
