At Derek Lam, hairstylist James Pecis applied Oribe Maximista Thickening Spray before blowdrying, then wrapped the hair around a 1.5-inch iron to create loose, S-waves. "The girls have to look exquisite and luxe, but still with a nonchalance," he said.
