Essie Nail Polish in Backseat Besties, $9
A brand spankin' new pop of pink from Essie's Spring 2017 lineup, this cheeky color was inspired by a spur-of-the-moment road trip down the coast.

Illamasqua Nail Varnish in Phallic, $18
An out-of-this-world intergalactic blue for the nail polish lover who is as deep as she is lively.

5-Free Nail Polish
Add formaldehyde resin and camphor to the list of off-limit substances in five-free polishes. The Environmental Working Group's cosmetic database lists them between a moderate and low health risk, though, so upgrading is completely optional.

Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics is known for their pigmented colors, and this sea foam, minty green is no exception to their typical bold, unexpected palette. With enough green to make it feel edgy rather than Easter egg-y, this bright color will coat nails through summer and beyond.
