If cherry blossom season is your favorite time of year, get your hands on this perfume. It's a cherry blossom grove in a bottle -- plus, there's patchouli, sandalwood, and musk to give it a touch of richness.

Katy Perry Killer Queen, $59.99
Launch date: August
Fragrance launches are notoriously sneaky affairs -- with celebrities tweeting hints and leaking behind-the-scenes commercial footage long before we actually get a whiff of the scent. Katy Perry's latest, Killer Queen, is no different. We know it's sweet -- Perry said it's "gourmand like high tea at Claridge's" -- and floral with jasmine and red velvet flower. Beyond that little tease, we won't know more until its released in August unless, of course, her marketing machinery decides to leak more tidbits.

Downtown Calvin Klein, $65
Launch date: available now for pre-sale on Macys.com; September everywhere else
This scent is feminine with a bit of downtown edge (Rooney Mara is the face of the fragrance -- makes sense, no?). The smokiness from cedarwood is intriguing, and there's also neroli and gardenia for freshness.

Justin Bieber The Key, $49.50
Launch date: July 15
While The Key skews young (think juicy fruits, watery flowers, and sweet vanilla), it's not offensive. No doubt, Bieber fans of every age will flip for it.
We've been drowning in new fragrances this summer. It's not a bad problem to have, but when your office starts to smell like a department store beauty floor, it's time to do some heavy editing. We've narrowed down the long list of summer fragrances to the top 12 biggest launches of the season -- the ones any fragrance junkie should be required to try.
From subtle splashes to floral explosions, they run the gamut, and we geeked out on the clever branding and bottling. Ever think you'd see luxury French design house Hermes in the same lineup with Justin Bieber's eau de teen dream? Oh yes we did.
