Matte, long-wearing liquid lipsticks are definitely having a moment, and it's not hard to see why -- they stay put and look fabulous. Still though, every once in a while you try a new one, and it gets the better of you: At first, it's everything you ever wanted... but then it's three days later and your lips are chapped and flaking like crazy, and they're still not back to their natural color.
