JLo's Bombshell Waves We Want Now
Jennifer Lopez gave us all a reason to tune into the World Cup Opening Ceremony yesterday when she took the stage with Pit Bull, Brazilian pop star Claudia Leitte and some seriously textured beachy waves.

The "First Love" singer stole the show in an embellished cut out green leotard and Christian Louboutin ankle boots. JLo shared behind-the-scenes pictures and videos on her Instagram hours before her performance, giving us a sneak peak at her blonde highlights (courtesy of celebrity colorist Tracey Cunningham) and bronzed makeup, complete with nude gloss and a gold glitter smoky eye.

And while we've been laughing at (and singing) the "Tight Pants" song she performed alongside Jimmy Fallon on "The Tonight Show" earlier this week, we're glad she gave up the wig and white pants in favor of her signature look.

Emmy Rossum's CFDA Mani
The jury is still out on whether we should all be copying Emmy Rossum's crimped braid crown, but her floating nail art mani and to-die-for Van Cleef and Arpels ring grabbed everyone's attention in the best way possible. Butter London Global Colour Ambassador Katie Jane Hughes gave us the scoop on Emmy's surprisingly simple manicure.

To prep the nails, Hughes used a coat of butter London Patent Gel Flawless Base Coat. For the half moon and floating French tip, Hughes applied butter London Nail Lacquer in Union Jack Black at the base and tips of each nail. To finish the look, she applied a coat of butter London Patent Gel Flawless Top Coat to prevent chipping and add shine.

Emily Blunt's Sleek Side Bun
At last night's New York premiere of "Edge of Tomorrow," Emily Blunt wore a side bun that was as simple as it was elegant. Paired with her red Prada column gown and pink lipstick, the look reminded us just how much we missed seeing the new mom on the red carpet. To get the look, follow hairstylist Laini Reeves' step-by-step guide.

Reeves first prepped Blunt's wet hair with René Furterer Vegetal Mousse, blowing it out with a soft-bristle flat brush for a smooth finish. Next, she misted the hair with René Furterer Vegetal Finishing Spray and brushed the hair into a low side part before securing into a ponytail at the nape of the neck.

Reeves then sprayed the hair with more finishing spray for hold, and smoothed pesky flyaways with René Furterer Styling Wax. Before twisting the hair into a bun, Reeves back-combed the side pony for added texture, which also made the hair easier to secure. Once Reeves create the bun, she secured it with bobby pins and applied the finishing spray one last time for extra hold.

Eva Longoria's Cool Look at Cannes
Eva Longoria paired a classic smoky eye and nude lip with a nude Vionnet gown and a trendy fishtail braid at the Cannes Film Festival premiere of "Foxcatcher."

To get the perfect smoky eye, L'Oréal Paris global makeup artist Karim Rahman used L'Oréal Paris Colour Riche Eye Shadow Quad in Cupa Joe, $7.95, onto the lids. After lining the upper and lower lashline with L'Oréal Paris Never Fail Eyeliner by Infallible in Black, $8.48 and smudging slightly for a softer look, he applied L'Oréal Paris Voluminous Million Lashes Mascara in Black, $8.95. On her lips, Longoria wore L'Oréal Paris Colour Riche Extraordinaire Lip Colour in Nude Ballet, $8.95.

To copy the actress's cool, messy braid, prep hair with a root boosting spray and create a side-swept fishtail. Then, mist it with a dry texturizing spray and rub the braid between your hands to give it an undone look.
