Jessica Chastain's Red-Hot Look
Jessica Chastain's signature red hair always stands out among Hollywood's leading ladies. And at this weekend's Chime for Change charity concert event in London, the actress' fiery red hair impressed everyone once again. Here's how to get the long waves and dramatic eye makeup combo:

1. Apply a texturizing moisturizer, like Frederic Fekkai COIFF Bouffant Lifting & Texturizing Spray Gel, $25 to damp hair and blow dry using a diffuser.
2. Once your hair is dry, wrap 1-inch sections around a styling wand, hold for a few seconds, and let loose. Make sure you start wrapping each section as closely to your roots as possible.
3. Toss your hair over to one side, tousling and shaking out the waves with your fingers as you go. Then spritz a shine serum (we love Aveda Brilliant Spray On Shine, $25) throughout your hair, avoiding the roots.
4. Finish with a workable hairspray.

To get Chastain's makeup look:

1. Apply a shadow base, like Merle Norman Crease Resistant Shadow Base, $14.99, to your eyelids up to your crease. Then dab a shimmery gray eyeshadow over the base from the inner to the outer corners of your eye.
2. Use a black eyeliner pencil to line your top lids. Then use a smudge brush to soften the liner and create a sultry, smoky effect.
3. Apply a volumizing mascara to your top and bottom lashes (we love Korres Volcanic Minerals Volumizing Mascara, $20).
4. Use a light pink lip balm, such as NARS Sabrina Lip Balm, $23, to finish your look.

 A Casual Friday Made Chic
Hayden Panettiere may well be one of our favorite celebrities. From her Disney days to her debut album to marrying a hunky pro boxer, Hayden's pretty much mastered being successful ... both in her career and as a style icon. And this look from the Variety Emmy Studio is exactly how we're going to start cute-ing up casual Fridays. Here's how to get her perfectly messy side-swept braid and fresh-faced makeup:

1. Apply a dry shampoo, like Lush No Drought Dry Shampoo, $12.95, to dry, unwashed hair.
2. Create a deep side part, then use a fine-toothed comb to tease the roots of your crown. Toss your hair over to one side.
3.Braid your hair down to the ends, starting as close to your roots as possible. Secure with an elastic, then tug on your braid to loosen it.
4. Finish by misting with a hairspray, like Charles Worthington Brilliant Shine Hairspray, $5.99.

For her makeup look:

1. Apply a nude shadow base (we love MAC Cosmetics Cream Colour Base, $18.50) onto your eyelids. Then sweep a bronze eyeshadow, like Laura Geller Bronze and Brighten, $33, over the top of your lid up to your crease.
2. Use the same bronzing powder on the apples of your cheeks. Then use a lengthening mascara to your top lashes.
3. Finish with a rose colored lipstick (we love Fresh Sugar Tinted Lip Treatment in Petal, $22.50) to complete your look.

Jessica Szohr at The Internship Premiere
We all loved Jessica Szohr as the boho-eccentric, indy girl who gave us a refreshingly casual take on the New York City lifestyle in Gossip Girl. But at last night's premiere of The Internship, Szohr showed us how seriously glam she can be. She played up her trendy lob hairstyle with a dramatic side part and subtle waves, and her smoldering eye makeup, bold lashes, and pop of pink lip color were simply stunning. Here's how to get the look:

To get her hair:

1. Apply a smoothing gloss, such as Aussie Stylers Smoothing Serum, $5.99, onto freshly blow-dried hair. Then, create a deep side part.
2. Using a ceramic flat iron, take 1 to 2-inch vertical sections of your hair and curl them from mid-shaft to the ends. Make sure you curl all of your hair in the same direction. The hair on the side of your part should curl away from your face, leaving the side with the majority of your hair curled toward your face.
3. Once all of your hair is curled, smooth it down using a soft bristle brush.
4. Finish with shine serum (we love Joico Silk Result Sheer Gloss, $15) and a flexible hairspray, such as Garnier Fructis Flexible Control Hairspray, $4.50.

To get her makeup look:

1. Apply a natural-looking cream eyeshadow, such as Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay-in-Place Cream Shadow, $18.50, onto your eyelids up to the crease.
2. Next, use the darker colors in an eyeshadow palette, such as Becca Sateen Palette, $55, to achieve a subtle smoky look. Then, use another shade to sweep onto your lower eyelids.
3. To line your eyes, apply a waterproof eyeliner (we love Dior Crayon Waterproof Eyeliner, $29) to create definition. Use a cotton swab to blend and smudge as necessary.
4. Finish with a soft pink lip using Ulta Extreme Wear All Day Lip Color, $10.99.

Janet Jackson at Cannes
When it comes to summer style, we love the art of embracing natural hair and makeup looks. And when celebrities do it, we love it even more. (After all, they've got access to a small army of people who can perform total transformations in mere minutes.) That's why we totally loved Janet Jackson's recent look at Cannes. Easy, honey brown curls and sultry, smoky eyes give her a polished yet messy-chic. Here's how to get her hair:

1. Apply a curl-enhancing serum, like Redken Curvaceous Full Swirl, $21.50, to damp hair and distribute from roots to tips.
2. If your hair is naturally wavy, mist a shine serum, such as Joico K-Pak Protect and Shine Serum, $13.99, all over. If not, wrap 1-inch sections around a small barrel curling iron.
3. Once all of your hair is curled, rake through the curls using your fingers to separate and loosen them. Then, gather your hair back into a loose ponytail at the nape of your neck. Allow face-framing sections to fall naturally.
4. Finish with a light mist of hairspray (we love Moraccanoil Luminous Hairspray, $18) to complete the look.

To get her makeup look:

1. Use an eyeliner gel, such as Estee Lauder Gel Eyeliner, $23, and apply a thin line to your upper and bottom lash lines. Then, use a smudge tool to blend the liner, creating a smoky effect.
2. For glowy cheeks, apply a blush (we love Tarte Amazonian Clay 12-hour Blush, $26) to the apples of the cheeks and blend up to your temples. Top it off with a light bronzing powder, such as Urban Decay Baked Bronzer, $26, to highlight and contour your face.
3. Finally, use a glossy, natural-looking lip shine, such as Fresh Sugar Lip Gloss, $18, to finish.

Freida Pinto at Cannes
Film festivals are nothing if not a place to swoon over celebrities with gorgeous hair, makeup, and designer gowns. And this week's opening day at Cannes did not disappoint. Our top pick? Freida Pinto. Is this not the most beautiful, romantic updo you've seen in a long while?

Want to give it a whirl yourself? Here's how:

1. On freshly dried hair, create a deep side part.
2. Next, mist a texturizing spray all over your hair to create subtle volume.
3. Starting at your part, begin creating an inside-out French braid along your hairline. Continue braiding around the nape of your neck and up toward the other side. Try to make sure your braid stays as close to the edge of your hairline as possible.
4. Once you reach the other side, loosely braid the hair that's left. Then twist to form a messy bun and secure with bobby pins.
5.Tug on your style to loosen and shape it. Then finish by misting lightly with hairspray.

Admittedly, this isn't for you braiding novices out there. But it's so pretty, we're willing to try it anyway.
