A lemonade recipe that only requires four ingredients? Sounds peachy keen.
Ingredients:
3 peaches
2 lemons, juiced
Liquid honey or agave syrup to taste
1-1/4 to 1-3/4 cups sparkling water
Directions:
Peel and cut the peaches, remove the pit and put into a juicer. If you don't have a juicer, pulse the flesh in a blender; then pass the mix through a fine mesh strainer or a cheesecloth to separate the juice from the pulp.
Add the lemon juice to the peach juice. Stir well and pour into a bottle or pitcher. Add water, stir well and taste. If desired, put in honey, agave syrup or sugar.
