A brief explanation: Everything has vibrational energy. We are all vibrating at different frequencies and your thoughts control this frequency. Meanwhile, similar frequencies attract one another — as the law of attraction states, like attracts like. The more you dwell on the bad, the more you contribute to these lower vibrations and attract them back to you.
Our goal is to manifest the most fabulous, fun, and thrilling summer possible. It's time we raise our vibrations so that we can allow these amazing experience into our lives. Here's how!

Our lives have become inundated with technology, which is the furthest thing away from nature. While technology has its perks, it comes with some downsides, too: It's been proven that our favorite social media sites contribute to depression and anxiety, which are decidedly low vibe feelings (and we want high vibes that'll manifest greatness remember?).
I find that Instagram can become debilitating at times. I'll see friends and acquaintances living their best lives, taking trips, and eating the most delicious food, while I'm stuck at a 9 to 5 or daydreaming in my tiny apartment. The constant comparisons become destructive to my own happiness. Comparing lives is truly the killer of joy. At those moments, I turn my phone completely off and do something to raise my spirits.

Already have a few awesome things that have happened this summer? Write them down and express gratitude for them. I promise more and more glorious moments will follow. If mornings are a drag, you can also down the things you are grateful for as part of your nighttime routine. I keep a journal beside my bedside table at all times so I can write down my gratitude list, morning or night!

Eat "Living" Foods
My friends, it's time to swap the Doritos for blueberries. The cookies for an avocado. That pizza you've been craving for a banana. I know it doesn't sound fun, but look at all you will manifest once you do. Eat living foods and you'll be soaring high with your vibrations.
