Cuticles have never looked so good. At Ulla Johnson, nail artist Jessica Tong used Smith & Cult Nailed Lacquer, $18, in Ghost Edit (a sheer pink) as the base and Shattered Souls (a chunky gold glitter) to create a reverse French manicure.
