We're swooning over Gina Rodriguez's slicked-back ponytail with volume in the back. Joico celebrity hair stylist Paul Norton. He washed her hair with Joico Color Infuse Brown Shampoo and Conditioner (launching soon) to add richness to her hair. After drying her hair, he applied Joico K-Pak Protect and Shine at her roots, then brushed her hair back into a low ponytail.
He used hot rollers to give her ponytail curls, then misted on Joico Hair Shake through the ponytail to add texture.

Understated Glam
We almost couldn't believe it when Lady Gaga showed up to the Emmys with a sophisticated platinum bob and understated makeup. She looked absolutely stunning (and we can't wait to see her on "American Horror Story: Hotel").
She was styled by Frederic Aspiras using Matrix StyleLink products. He blew her hair dry using a two-inch titanium brush, then used Matrix Stylink Shape Switcher Molding Paste to shape her hair into the Grace Kelly-inspired style.
Makeup artist Allan Avenda¤o for Dior and St. Tropez used St. Tropez One Night Only over her upper body to make her skin glow.
He lined her eyes with Dior Diorshow Pro Liner Waterproof in Pro Purple and used shades from the limited edition Dior 5 Coulers Cosmopolite Eyeshadow Palettes Eclectic and Exubérante to create fall-ready eye makeup. He also applied Ardell Lashes to make her eyes really pop.
If only we were as poised and graceful as Kiernan Shipka when we were 15 years old. The "Mad Men" star wore a Christian Dior Couture dress-and-pants combo, so celebrity hairstylist Ashley Streicher decided to give her soft, straight hair to keep the overall look clean. She used Davines OI/ All In One Milk on her freshly-washed hair to give it weightless shine. She then blew her hair dry. Next, she sprayed Davines Medium Hold Hairspray over her hair and brushed it out to keep it soft but in place.
We spend a lot of time binge-watching television on Netflix, and we have a lot of feels about our favorite shows (especially ones that recently ended -- we're looking at you, "Mad Men" and "Parks and Rec"). Needless to say, we're down with an award show that celebrates the best of the best in television. This year, celebrities killed it on the Emmys red carpet. From Lady Gaga to Sarah Hyland to Taraji P. Henson, here are our favorite hair and makeup looks from the 2015 Emmys.
