The Gold Lift Facial includes a 90-minute treatment with a cleanser, light exfoliation, a customized peel and a 24k gold, collagen-infused mask, which penetrates the skin with the help of micro-current technology. The facial is supposed to minimize pores, refine skin, reduce skin spots (hyperpigmentation), target dark under eye circles, help promote blood circulation and metabolism and strengthen facial muscles to promote firmer, plumper skin. But as far as we're concerned, the biggest benefit is being able to say that you've had your face smothered in gold.

Thai Curry

This treatment involves a body scrub of enough yummy ingredients to want to eat. The scrub uses grated coconut, green bean, jasmine rice and coconut oil. After a hair treatment with a "specialty product" containing herbal ingredients (which we like to think of as a magical secret ingredient to justify the price), you finish with a steam and a rice milk cream massage. Yummy!

A Fishy Facial

Perhaps it's the thought of spreading something edible (that can cost upward of $300/ounce) on our faces, but this spa treatment seems the epitome of luxury. The treatment is said to reverse the signs of aging and increase hydration in mature skin types. In addition to marine caviar, the treatment ups the "wow" factor with the addition of vegetable "Botox" and crushed pearls.

Goodbye, Cellulite
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Eliminate dead skin and stress with this treatment, which starts with a volcanic clay exfoliator. Next, a warm body mask containing active marine minerals and algae is applied head-to-toe, before you're wrapped up to let the ingredients soak in. The treatment is designed to "cleanse your lymphatic system and to flush out accumulated toxins, which are a common cause of cellulite, fluid retention or breakdown of connective tissue." After a quick shower, a contouring gel and firming lotion are applied to keep your skin toned and tight.

This treatment is everything you've dreamed of getting for Valentine's Day rolled into one: a hot date, a relaxing massage and chocolate. Stomach grumbling yet? The meal, er, couples treatment starts with a full body exfoliation using natural cocoa, followed by a chocolate and coconut cream massage and a warm chocolate wrap. Why chocolate? The flavonoids in chocolate are said to increase blood flow and repair and prevent cell damage.
