Daphne Oz, daughter of TV's famed Doctor Oz, has been in the spotlight for almost two decades. She launched her first book, the bestselling The Dorm Room Diet, when she was still a college student. Since then, she has written two more books as well as gone on to host MasterChef Junior and The Dish on Oz. She's also the co-host of the Mom Brain podcast where, along with now controversial co-host Hilaria Baldwin, she discusses life as a mother of four while interviewing parenting experts. An advocate for enjoying food while living healthfully, she's a nutrition ambassador for Persona, which she says helps her fill in occasional nutrition gaps. Plus she recently launched a skincare brand, Loum Beauty. Not bad for a mom of four kids under six!
Despite her busy career, her nearly half a million Instagram followers are always marveling at Oz's seemingly effortlessly good looks. We caught up with the blonde beauty to find out about the five beauty must-haves she swears by for looking put together in a pinch.

"Stress is a major beauty killer and at the root of so many of our major concerns with skin, whether you're dealing with signs of aging, dryness and dullness or an oily and congested complexion. I'm so proud to be co-owner of a brand new clean, vegan and cruelty free skincare line called Loum Beauty that harnesses 30 years of research into how to undo the effects of stress on skin to reveal your most luminous skin yet. My hero in the line right now is the Minifacial — our masks work in 2-3 minutes so I can squeeze it into even my busiest days and effectively, but gently polishes to reveal fresh, plump, glowing skin. I use it twice a week before bed."
"I used to be able to get away without knowing how to do anything with my hair, but since glam is rare these days, I've had to master a few very basic styles for soft, smooth, not crazy mom hair! I've gotten pretty fast at my favorite beach wave and will do it a couple mornings a week whenever I have a TV appearance or Zoom meeting or anything I want to look presentable for. I wrap one-inch sections of hair alternating towards and away from my face around a 1 1/2" barrel and create these really glossy soft curls that hold their shape nicely for a couple days so I can really make the effort count. This iron heats up so fast!"
Nudestix Nudies Bronze in Beach Babe, $34
"I've always been a makeup fanatic and I love experimenting with new techniques and colors. I recently discovered this all-over face bronzer stick in someone's video on Instagram and immediately had to try — it's so fast and beautiful when you want to do just a quick, healthy face of makeup to use the same warm bronze on lids, as blush, and a few quick dabs to plump your lips. This color has more muted pink undertones than brown, which is great for my skin tone, and they have many shades to choose from. I also love anything I can quickly apply and dab on with my fingertips for easy touch ups, but this product also comes with a built in brush on one end."
Giorgio Armani Smooth Silk Lip Pencil in 12, $30
"I'm obsessed with this liner to gently rim around the outer edge of my lip and connect the cupid's bow. It softly amps up the natural shape of my lip and fills in volume. Then I use my finger tip to blur and smudge so there isn't any harsh line. I top it with a dusty rose lipstick or rosy gloss for the best 'natural' lip plumper around. Even just a little moisturizer or coconut oil overtop in a pinch does wonders. I should also tell you about Laura Mercier Caviar Volume Panoramic Mascara, $25 — the best luscious, thick, curly lashes. That plus lip liner are my beauty musts!"
