Chop, chop!

Emilia Clarke's Shaggy Pixie
When it comes to 90s hair, it doesn't get much more iconic than Gwyneth Paltrow and Brad Pitt... and indeed, that brief period where they were dating and inexplicably had matching haircuts.

Apparently, Emilia Clarke agrees. The star debuted a choppy, highlighted pixie on Instagram, joking that she came to celebrity hairstylist Jenny Cho with the request, "I'm thinking when Gwyneth and Brad had the same hair cut." (She also noted that Cho's response was, "I got 'chu").

And "Got 'chu," she did: The stylishly androgynous style does bear more than a passing resemblance to the Pitt/Paltrow cut of days past — in the best way possible.

Emma Roberts' Ultra-Short Bob
How great is Emma Roberts' new chop? Styled with a deep side part and hitting just above the chin, it's the epitome of low-key glam. Celebrity stylist Chris McMillan referred to it as a "hairline bob" on Instagram, also dubbing the look "easy on the hair, and FAST!!!" What do you think of the "American Horror Story" star's latest 'do? With its low-maintenance appeal and chic simplicity, we're just about dashing to the nearest salon.

Leighton Meester's Platinum Waves
Going platinum almost feels like a rite of passage in the celebrity world, but few have done it with as much high-octane drama as Leighton Meester. Perhaps it's because she reached icon status with her Blair Waldorf chestnut locks, but seeing Leighton's new blonder-than-blond 'do has us majorly shook. The hair transformation came as part of a partnership with Nexxus New York Salon and celebrity hair colorist Aura Friedman, and it looks good. Also, is it just us or does she look like a dead ringer for Gwen Stefani now?

Julianne Hough's Fiery Red Mane
You know and love her for her signature blonde hair, but Julianne Hough is majorly switching it up with a brand new fiery red mane. Created by Nine Zero One Master Stylist Amber Maynard, the new color is vibrant yet natural, and subtly highlighted to shiny, lived-in perfection. It's had a complete 360-degree transformative effect on Hough, who expounded via Instagram, "I have never felt more like ME than I do right now!!"

Zooey Deschanel's 60s Chic Bob
Though her long, heat-styled-to-perfection wavy tresses were almost as iconic as her blunt bangs, Zooey Deschanel has bid them farewell: She's officially rocking an honest-to-god bob now. She took to Instagram to announce the chop, crediting Mare Salon co-founder Mara Roszak for her new look. For her part, Roszak dubbed the look "Nouvelle Vague" via hashtag, and we have to admit: Deschanel does rather look like she walked right out of a Jean-Luc Godard film. Anna Karina much?

Jane crew cut (somewhere out there, Demi Moore is feeling proud). Lots of new colors are making the rounds too — perhaps most notably, peroxide blonde (seriously, it's everywhere).
