Beauty Bone Broth
Yes, it's odd for me to write about bone broth, but Vital Proteins Bone Broth, $59, could not go unmentioned. My husband recently decided to cut meat from his diet to lose weight, and while it's working for him, I was worried about getting enough protein and collagen myself. With this crystalized broth, I can easily slip some into everything from rice to veggie stir-fry. It barely has a taste (simply adds a bit of depth), I feel better knowing it's there and I don't think he'd mind (if I told him).
