I'm going to tell you a sad story. It starts with seventh-grade me: tiny, adorable and totally insecure about my dry, keratosis pilaris-riddled skin. One cloth effectively removes even the most clingy waterproof mascaras and makes layers of face makeup disappear before you can say "poof." (Don't believe me? Just ask my colleague, whom I recently watched remove elaborate "Star Wars"-themed makeup in just a few swipes.)

This Holy Grail product is the perfect addition to my multistep, slightly overzealous, leave-no-trace-of-makeup-behind nighttime routine, as well as for lazy evenings when I go from zero to sleepy in under a minute. If you asked me about my favorite eye shadow a few months ago, I would have mumbled something about the Urban Decay Naked Palette and changed the subject. I was not into eye shadow. Eyeliner? Sure. If you were to look inside any of my purses, you'd find multiple lipsticks lost in the depths. Being in the beauty business, it's safe to say I've tried hundreds of lipsticks.
