The #ProductEmpties We Loved to the Last Drop

From new finds to longtime favorites, these are beauty products that our editors use until the bitter end (of the tube)

The Concealer That Takes My Sallow Ghost-Face to Porcelain Prettiness
Pale skin plus dark circles? Not a winning combo. Which is why I feel like I'm constantly searching for that one concealer that will not only camouflage the fact that I only got five hours of sleep, it will also work with my porcelain skin tone.

Enter: Marc Jacobs Remedy Concealer Pen in Bright Idea, a sheer, peach-tinted concealer that neutralizes the sallow skin and dark bags underneath my eyes without creasing or feeling heavy and sticky. And the cooling metal applicator is a great morning pick-me-up for any sleep-induced puffiness. I like to use it in the inner corner of my eyes for a subtly brightening effect. If there was a way to break into this sleek, pen-shaped applicator to get every single drop, trust me, I would have found it by now. --Allie Flinn

One (Multitasking, Glow-Giving) BB Cream to Rule Them All
With 23 products and counting, my BB cream collection rivals that of a freshly stocked Sephora. My sensitive skin can't handle heavy, creamy foundations, or greasy liquid ones. And because I'm still prone to breakouts, using powders means multiple applications, plus adding primer and concealer to the mix. While most BB creams make my skin more glowing, they don't always provide enough coverage, which means I'm constantly moving from one tube to the next.

Until I discovered Dior DiorSkin Nude BB Creme, which makes my other multitaskers seem basic. It has a light, fresh scent and creamy texture that somehow hydrates dry patches in winter, but doesn't get greasy in the brutal heat of summer. One light application with a foundation brush or sponge blends away dark spots, circles and redness from acne or rosacea. Plus, it lasts longer than most because of its pump dispenser, which lets you control how much product you want to use -- as opposed to the giant gobs of cream you get from a tube. --Marissa DeSantis

The Unicorn-Like Cream That Made Me Rethink My Cleansing Routine
I was a member of the foaming, exfoliating, more-is-more cleanser camp until I tried Tata Harper Refreshing Cleanser. I had no idea a cream cleanser could remove makeup and make my skin look and feel amazing -- but that's what this one does. It has pomegranate enzymes to help exfoliate dead skin, grapefruit and bergamot to cleanse, pink clay to detoxify and willow bark to minimize pores. I give it credit for keeping me almost completely breakout-free since I started using it a couple years ago.

Like all Tata Harper products, this cleanser is completely natural and contains ingredients grown on Harper's farm in Vermont. I've gone through more bottles than I can count.

The Natural-Looking Blush That Drives Me to Scrape the Container
Most blush makes my makeup look heavy-handed. I've got fair skin that flushes crimson with the slightest exertion. (Anatomy discussions, telling a waiter I don't like my food and being addressed in a room full of people also turn me infrared.) So, too much of a highly pigmented color leaves me looking perpetually mortified or drunk.

Benefit Dandelion, on the other hand, makes me look like I've been traipsing over hillsides plucking petals from daises while a cool breeze laps at my cheeks. It's a soft, girly pink and it is my blush soul mate. When paired with lash extensions (my other favorite beauty product), I feel like an off-duty Disney princess (which, in my book, is a good thing). It's the ultimate #nomakeup makeup product for those of us trying to trick people into thinking we #wokeuplikethis.

At $28, it is sort of expensive for a blush, but it's a price I'm willing to pay since I find myself scraping the pan -- something that never, ever happens with my other rouge pots. --Emily Woodruff

The Stay-Put Product That Became My Gateway Lipstick
Before I met Make Up For Ever Aqua Rouge, $24, I suffered from chronic lipstick regret: That feeling you get when you start sipping your cocktail or eating an appetizer and quickly realize that all the smudging, reapplying and mirror-checking just aren't worth a bold red lip. Five minutes in, and the color has migrated to your glass, your napkin, your teeth -- basically anywhere other than the place you applied it.

Aqua Rouge has single-handedly gotten rid of that "I should've worn Chapstick" feeling I'd get after leaving my apartment. I can rest assured that once I paint on the lacquer, it won't budge. The liquid color housed in one end of the tube quickly dries matte before I seal it with the clear gloss on the other end. Through dinner, drinks, dessert and more drinks, the color stays put until you wipe it off with makeup remover at the end of the night.

The cherry on top: I have yet to find a more perfect shade of red for my skin tone than 9 Burgundy. The fact that I never have to reapply this product on my nights out, yet find myself digging for the very last drop is a testament to how amazing this lip color is.
