Reactivate Old Mascara
So, mascara does expire quickly (you're supposed to throw it away after six months), but for those that dry up before their time? There's still hope! Warming up the tube by letting it sit in a mug of hot water can help de-clump the formula, as can adding in a few drops of saline solution.
