Coconut Water Summer Smoothie
This delicious cocktail of coconut, orange, mango, strawberries and baby carrots is like summer in a glass — and it's so good for you too. The oranges and mangoes contain vitamins A, B, C, E and K, while the coconut water adds in some natural, refreshing electrolytes. Plus, the strawberries and carrots are also packed with tons of antioxidants (and antioxidants make everything better, inside and out).

Combine in the blender one cup each of the following:

· Chilled coconut water
· Baby carrots
· Peeled orange
· Strawberries
· Sliced mangoes

Detoxifying Green Smoothie

Cooling Cucumber Smoothie
Cucumbers are not only for your puffy eyes — they make delicious smoothies as well! With cucumber as its main ingredient, this smoothie recipe from Women's Health is fiber-rich and loaded with potassium. Add in some cantaloupe for a boost of vitamin A and C (which will encourage cell turnover and production of collagen), and you've got yourself a refreshing summer treat.

Blend together:

· A medium cucumber peeled and chopped
· 1/2 c chopped cantaloupe
· 1/2 c chopped papaya
· A small lemon
· Ice cubes

Berry-licious Smoothie
Berries are a smoothie staple for a reason: They taste great and they're super rich in antioxidants. This smoothie recipe by Elena from as Easy as Apple Pie contains all the berries we love: strawberries, raspberries and blueberries. A dollop of Greek yogurt adds in a decadent, creamy texture, while honey adds in a little extra sweetness (and when no one's looking, you can sneak a tiny bit of kale in there too).

Blend together:

· 1/4 c kale
· 1/4 c strawberries
· 1/2 c blueberries
· 1/2 c raspberries
· Greek yogurt
· 1/4 c water
· 1 t honey
