Coconut Water Summer Smoothie
This delicious cocktail of coconut, orange, mango, strawberries and baby carrots is like summer in a glass — and it's so good for you too. The oranges and mangoes contain vitamins A, B, C, E and K, while the coconut water adds in some natural, refreshing electrolytes. Plus, the strawberries and carrots are also packed with tons of antioxidants (and antioxidants make everything better, inside and out).

Combine in the blender one cup each of the following:

· Chilled coconut water
· Baby carrots
· Peeled orange
· Strawberries
· Sliced mangoes

Cooling Cucumber Smoothie

With cucumber as its main ingredient, this smoothie recipe from Women's Health is fiber-rich and loaded with potassium. · A medium cucumber peeled and chopped

Berry-licious Smoothie
