Rainbow Confetti Eyeliner
Last, but certainly not least, we've got rainbow confetti eyeliner. This look's definitely not for the faint of heart (or wallet), as it'll take about a half-dozen shades of opaque liner (Too Faced, NYX, and Anastasia Beverly Hills are all good places to start), as well as a careful hand for some serious pointillism-style art.
