This one's a double whammy, since both Elizabeth Taylor and Cleopatra had legendary (literally, in Cleopatra's case) winged eyeliner. Add that to the epic blue eye shadow/kohl power duo used in "Cleopatra" the film, and you've got yourself a true look for the ages.
