There's Now A FitBit For Your Vagina

The kGoal counts your kegels for you
Kegels are supposed to help you keep your pelvic floor tight, which promotes better health and better sex. And if you're really hoping to get your pelvic floor in tip top shape, you should give the kGoal a shot.

The app isn't on the market quite yet -- it's in the crowdfunding stage on Kickstarter -- but it aims to keep track of how well you're squeezing your pelvic muscles. It gives you a tiny, congratulatory buzz when you've completed the exercise correctly, and yes, you can adjust the vibration. "It's a short-term reward for exercises with long-term benefits," says Jon Thomas, VP of Minna, the company that designed the kGoal. "We're making something that's traditionally very boring fun."

The kGoal's designers say that they hope to help users because improving the pelvic floor muscles are not only great for better sex, but also are helpful during pregnancy, aid with bladder control and help provide musculoskeletal stability. But whether or not women think they need an entire device to help them squeeze their pelvic muscles is unclear. At this point, the Kickstarter is only a third of the way to its goal. [Fast Company]
