Taylor Swift Also Uses Her Phone Camera To Fix Her Makeup

Plus Obama's funeral selfie faux-pas, Daniel Radcliffe's new extensions, and and more of the top stories of the day

• Stars: they're just like us! Kind of, in a roundabout "we're all human" sort of way. We always knew we couldn't be the only ones who use the reverse camera on our smartphones to apply makeup in a pinch, but we had no idea that even Taylor Swift engaged in this decidedly very normal activity. Swift uploaded a series of selfies captioned: "Using my phone camera as a mirror to re-apply red lipstick." Honestly, we just want to know which lipstick she's using. [The Cut]

• Is this funeral selfie a new not-so-media-savvy low for our President? Barack Obama got together with British Prime Minister David Cameron and Danish Prime Minister Helle Thorning-Schmidt to snap a smiling photo of the three world leaders. The only problem to note is that they were, in fact, at a funeral service mourning the death of Nelson Mandela. Just out of selfie-shot: First Lady Michelle Obama, looking less than pleased with her husband's decision. [Gossip Cop]

• We can't possibly shade Obama for his selfie slip-up without mentioning a new study that discovered what researchers are calling a "photo impairment effect." Bottom line: taking pictures of a thing makes you less likely to remember the thing. Give the Instagram a rest next time you're standing in front of the Eiffel Tower, or risk forgetting it forever. [Jezebel]

• Lest you thought it was only women at risk of having their whole look compromised on the basis of one bad hairstyle, think again. The artist formerly known as Harry Potter (yes, that would be Daniel Radcliffe) is sporting a new shoulder-length weave as he films the part of Igor in "Frankenstein." We hate to admit that it is not very sexy. [Huffington Post]

• Alright, Gisele, we get it already! We don't know what you are, but we know you are not human, as further evidenced by this (Instagrammed!) photo of the supermodel and businesswoman breastfeeding while her glam squad goes to work. [Hollywood Life]
