This unbelievably cool, slightly insane window is made almost entirely of hair product bottles. More than 3,200 of them. Her hair is shampoo bottles. The floor? Deep conditioners.

Totally, gorgeously wackadoodle.

It's the brainchild of Simon Doonan -- the hysterical, brutally honest Creative Ambassador for Barney's New York. The other big surprise? This ain't no country club display -- it's the window of a Duane Reade drugstore in midtown NYC.

"It's very democratic. Anyone walking buy can enjoy it," he says. " When you're using this much product, people stop because they're like, 'wow.'"

Located at 51 West 51st, the window faces Radio City Music Hall, which will be the site of the Tony Awards on June 9. Nexxus is the beauty sponsor.

"I feel a connection with Broadway," he says. Almost on cue, a pair of women stops at the window and waves at Doonan. One snaps a picture. "It's because of the spectacle."
