• A Southern California plastic surgeon said he's behind the auction of plastic surgery notes that prove bombshell actress Marilyn Monroe underwent several procedures. Norman Leaf said he's selling the file, which includes a set of six X-rays, and donating the proceeds to help veterans in need of medical work. According to the documents, says Leaf, Monroe underwent a chin implant, "and it was made of carved bovine cartilage." Ew. "They didn't have silicone chin implants in those days." He says she had several other smaller procedures, too. The auction will be held on November 9 and 10, and is expected to garner anywhere between $15,000 and $30,000. [
