"Fenty Beauty to the Rescue" With a 50-Shade Concealer Launch

Rihanna's got you covered (literally)
Been dreaming of a concealer to go with your favorite Fenty Beauty foundation? Well, Rihanna's officially making your dreams come true... with the gorgeous new Fenty Beauty Pro Filt'r Instant Retouch Concealer, $34.

The "Fenty Effect" rippled through 2018 and now in 2019, the brand is setting an even higher standard: You see, the new concealer comes in a whopping 50 shades.

Rihanna herself demo'd the new concealer in her latest #TuesdayTutorials video, paying special attention to the smooth, almost "milk"-y texture. "Look at how perfect of finish it gives you — it's almost like a filter," she says. "No caking, no creasing." She also explains that the easy-to-blend foundation eventually dries down to a soft, matte finish.

The brand is also adding 10 shades to the existing Pro Filt'r Soft Matte Longwear Foundation line, $34, with the new additions ranging from the pale 105 all the way to the deep 498. This makes it especially easy to find your perfect match: "As long as you know your Pro Filt'r shade, we have a corresponding concealer to match and you don't even need to figure it out," explains Rihanna.

The launch also includes the new Pro Filt'r Instant Retouch Setting Powder, $32, which comes in 8 translucent shades, as well as three new applicators: The Powder Puff Setting Brush 170, $34, the Precision Concealer Brush 180, $26, and the Lil Precision Makeup Sponge Duo 105, $18.

The full new slate of products will launch at Sephora, Sephora.com and FentyBeauty.com on January 11. We think 2019 is already looking up: As Rihanna says, it's "Fenty Beauty to the rescue."
