Aerin Lauder is a rare bird -- one of those have-it-all and make-it-look-effortless women with sterling manners, impeccable taste and an enviable upbringing as the granddaughter of the one and only Est ée Lauder. And by "rare bird," I mean that she's all of those things and, rather than rolling my eyes and snarking about how it's easy to be fab when you're filthy rich (and there are plenty of those types out there), with Aerin, the only thing I want to do is hug her. Or be her friend. Or just … be her.

I had a chance to hang out with Aerin at her estate in the Hamptons recently (now it's your turn to roll your eyes at me … the poor, poor beauty editor) and I picked her brain about the little things she loves -- the kind of everyday luxuries we can all afford plus, okay, a few that are a wee bit out of my budget.
