Headband Tuck
Ah, here comes my personal favorite of the wet hairstyles. Not only does this have a boho goddess vibe, but it's the quickest and simplest style. You can pick any jeweled or decorative headband of your choice to add that extra punch of personality.

1. Create a natural part. Then roughly tousle the ends of your hair to add texture.
2. Next, place a headband over your head as if it were a hat. Place the front part over your hair as desired, making sure the back part of the headband remains on top of your hair, not underneath.
3. Once your headband is secure, tuck the ends of your hair into the headband. Then continue tucking your hair into the band evenly from ear to ear to achieve your desired fullness. Tip: If you have shorter hair, pin any loose ends as necessary as you tuck your hair into the headband.

Braids and Twists
With both braids and twists, this wet hairstyle has the whole package. This look transitions seamlessly from day to night, so it's perfect for the office, the bar, or even just a lazy Sunday loafing around home. And the best part? When you take it out, you'll have killer beach waves for the rest of the day.

1. Start by sectioning off the front section near your forehead, leaving the side portions of your hair out.
2. Begin creating a French braid with that section. Make sure to grab equally sized pieces of your hair as you go.
3. French braid until about halfway down your head, then braid regularly down through to the ends.
4.Gather the remaining section of your hair (including the top braid) into a ponytail at the nape of your neck. Secure with an elastic.
5. Next, divide your ponytail ends into four sections, and twist each section down through to the ends. Finish by pinning each section to the base of the elastic using bobby pins to create a twisted bun.

You know those mornings when you wake up with plenty of time to shower, do your makeup, style your hair, and still have time to stop off at Starbucks for a skinny vanilla latte? Yeah, neither do I. Usually, my morning routine goes something like this: It's 7 a.m., I'm on my third round of the snooze cycle on my alarm, and I have maybe 30 minutes to get ready and leave unless I want to get stuck in agonizing morning traffic.

During these rushed mornings, one of the biggest time sucks is washing, blow drying, and styling my hair. And while the shower is typically a must, it is totally possible to skip the whole hair drying ordeal.

With wet hairstyles evolving from more than just disheveled ponytails and crunchy gel looks, there are loads of options to try. Plus, wet hair is way easier to work with and manipulate than dry hair, making the whole styling process go a lot faster. So, let's do the math: skip the blow dryer, save time, and pull off a jaw-droppingly gorgeous hairstyle? In my book, that's what we call a win-win situation.

We've come up with our four favorite wet hairstyles that look sophisticated and intricate, but are actually fairly simple to pull off. And we've broken it down, step by step so you can stash your blow dryer and get out the door faster than ever.
